I am not going to lie...I've never really thought of it that way before. Way more frequently, my mood is completely controlled by what is happening. If a bad day or painful circumstance occurs, I will become very depressed. If good news comes my way, I am incredibly joyful. But is that really the way it should be? What do you guys think? Give me some feedback!
Oh, and I wanted to mention that the video posted earlier this afternoon is not quite working. BUT...you can access it in videos in the sidebar. It is "I AM by Louie Giglio" After watching that, let me know what you think in answer to my question.
